Supporting & Empowering LGBTQQ Youth! Welcome Since 1997, thousands of lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer and questioning (LGBTQQ) youth living in the Bay Area have come to Outlet for support, community, and opportunities to improve the world. As the Peninsula’s only organization for LGBTQQ teens, Outlet is working hard to support and empower local youth by providing counseling & community, leadership training & advocacy, and outreach awareness. |

Outlet Youth Protest Prop 8! Resources for religious youth: We are finding more and more lgbtq youth struggling with their sexual identity and their religious identity. So we are adding a few links here for those youth to find good information to help them with this issue. These sites will help answer some questions about what certain religions say about omosexuality, where you can find open and affirming congregations, how to talk with your parents and more. PFLAG (Parents, Family, Friends of Lesbians and Gays) Welcoming Resources - gives a great list of many different religious beliefs, including: Catholic, Episcopalian, Baptist, Mormon, United Methodist, Lutheran, Mennonite, Quaker, Presbyterian, Jewish and more!
