In December of 2003, California State Assembly awards Outlet a Certificate of Recognition for providing support, leadership, mentoring, outreach, and a safe space to LGBTQQ Youth in the Bay Area. |

Our first director, Juan Barajas leaves Outlet and Shannon Turk is hired as Director. |
